Shipyard is a modern master-planned community created through a partnership between San Francisco Heritage and Lennar, blending historic preservation with new homes, parks, playgrounds, and the community’s signature Art Walk. Set in Hunter’s Point — land first inhabited by the Ohlone more than 10,000 years ago — the area reflects layers of San Francisco history, from Spanish settlement and Chinese fishing villages to naval operations and the Civil Rights era. This community brings that heritage forward while building a new chapter of waterfront living.
